  Veteran actor Paresh Rawal has tested positive for Covid-19. The 65-year-old actor tweeted to inform about his health and asked those who have come in contact with him in the past few days to get themselves tested. "Unfortunately, I have tested positive for Covid-19. All those that have come in contact with me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested," Paresh Rawal tweeted.  Reacting to his tweet, friends, industry colleagues and fans expressed concern and wished him a speedy recovery.   Japan on Friday finalised loans and a grant totalling around 233 billion yen (USD 2.11 billion) for several key infrastructure projects, including for the fourth phase of the Delhi Metro. The financial assistance included a grant of 4.01 billion yen for a project for the improvement of power supply in strategically located Andaman and Nicobar Islands, according to the Japanese Embassy here. It said notes on the loans and the grant were exchanged between CS Mohapatra, additional secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs of the Finance Ministry, and Japanese Ambassador Satoshi Suzuki. The grant of 4.01 billion yen is Japan's first ever official development assistance (ODA) to a project in the Andaman and Nicobar islands.   Mexico's government acknowledged Saturday that the country's true death toll from the coronavirus pandemic now stands above 321,000, almost 60 per cent more than the official test-confirmed number of 201,429. Mexico does little testing, and because hospitals were overwhelmed, many Mexicans died at home without getting a test. The only way to get a clear picture is to review “excess deaths” and review death certificates. On Saturday, the government quietly published such a report, which found there were 294,287 deaths linked to COVID-19 from the start of the pandemic through Feb 14.
